Our organic breads are produced using the highest quality organic ingredients, and are made in a traditional way. We sometimes add tiny amounts of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to help doughs rise in cold weather. We condemn the use by industrial bakeries of undeclared additives, which can include enzymes such as xylanase, transglutaminase, hemicellulase, phospholipase and maltogenic amylase some of which may be of animal or GM origin.
Our sourdough breads are made with our own sourdough starters which we have been using for many years and contain no added yeast
We also produce delicious gluten free breads as well as a comprehensive range of more than 50 breads
SPELT, RYE, KAMUT, YEAST FREE, WHOLEMEAL, MIXED FLOURS, SEEDED, FRUITED, PIZZA BREADS & ROLLS and GLUTEN FREE
We are a wholesale bakery and our breads are available through a network of high quality retailers.
